Shipping Policy

At Gluvit-S, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Lahore: Orders placed within Lahore are typically delivered within 3 working days.
  • Other Cities: For destinations outside Lahore, please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.
  • Advance Paid Orders: For prepaid orders across Pakistan, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

We’ve partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products reach you without delay. However, please note that delivery times can vary slightly based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Upon Receiving Your Order:

Upon receiving your Gluvit-S order, please take a moment to inspect the parcel before opening it. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the rider in the same condition. In case you do accept the package, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, share the unboxing video with us at info@gluvit-s.com or via WhatsApp at +92 341 1111299. This helps us quickly verify the issue and provide you with a prompt resolution.

Easy Refund Policy

At Gluvit-S, your satisfaction is our priority. We take every step to ensure your order is processed accurately and reaches you in perfect condition.

Here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

  • If the product delivered matches your original order, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If you receive a product with damaged packaging, a defect, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Keep the product unused and in its original packaging so our team can inspect the issue and assist you with the next steps.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Once your claim is validated:

  • We’ll dispatch a replacement product free of cost.
  • In rare cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
